Cooking Matters is helping end childhood hunger by inspiring families to make healthy, affordable food choices. Cooking Matters teaches participants to ship smarter, use nutrition information to make healthier choices and cook delicious, affordable meals.

 

During this 6-week program you will cook low sodium meals, learn new cooking techniques & recipes, learn about nutrition, prepare, cook & enjoy a delicious meal! 

 

Participants must attend 4 out of 6 classes to receive credit & end of program gift.
